6 Week Beginner's Course + FREE Mat

We will be holding a 6 week beginner yoga course where you’ll be meet a group of amazing people new to yoga (just like you!) and develop strength and a strong foundation of yoga postures and movements, to allow you to practice confidently for years to come.

In our social yoga you will;
  • Meet a group of amazing new people, you’re all in this together for 6 weeks!
  • Learn all about the different styles of yoga, and feel confident to practice at home or in regular classes
  • Cultivate core strength and improve your flexibility 
  • Be invited to monthly social events with SportUP teams and other yoga course participants from around Brisbane
  • FREE Mat and Strap included valued at $40 
The course outline includes:
  • Week 1: Introduction to Yoga, yoga props, and what to expect in your first class
  • Week 2: Balances and Breath-work - Hatha Yoga
  • Week 3: Fast & Slow Flow - Vin/Yin
  • Week 4: I like to Move it - Vinyasa
  • Week 5: Power On! Power Yoga
  • Week 6: Be Still, Come Alive - Yin Yoga
Use this pass at either TOOWONG or CBD Studio's. 
  • CBD: Thursday's 6-7pm
  • Toowong: Thursday's 6:45-7:45pm
