We will be holding a 6 week beginner yoga course where you’ll be meet a group of amazing people new to yoga (just like you!) and develop strength and a strong foundation of yoga postures and movements, to allow you to practice confidently for years to come.
In our social yoga you will;
- Meet a group of amazing new people, you’re all in this together for 6 weeks!
- Learn all about the different styles of yoga, and feel confident to practice at home or in regular classes
- Cultivate core strength and improve your flexibility
- Be invited to monthly social events with SportUP teams and other yoga course participants from around Brisbane

The course outline includes:
- Week 1: Introduction to Yoga, yoga props, and what to expect in your first class
- Week 2: Balances and Breath-work - Hatha Yoga
- Week 3: Fast & Slow Flow - Vin/Yin
- Week 4: I like to Move it - Vinyasa
- Week 5: Power On! Power Yoga
- Week 6: Be Still, Come Alive - Yin Yoga
